Reseller Program
Since these posters have become very popular lately, and most of the sales have
come through recommendations, we thought we'd start a reseller program to keep
the sales going, and reward you for posters that you helped sell.
The program is extremely straightforward, and allows you to resell customized posters
with your own brand name, at your own prices.
How it Works
- Send us an e-mail at sales@wickedmeanposters.com, mentioning that you're interested in the reseller program. You will need to specify how many posters you plan on selling a month.
- If we approve you for the program, we will give you a special coupon code that you can use while buying posters online. This coupon should be used during checkout, and will discount the price by a specific percentage (as listed in the table below).
- For your first month only, as a reseller, you will have to buy as many posters as you specified. From then on, you may buy posters one at a time. This is to let us know that you are serious about this, and protect us from people who are trying to game this program.

Our Commitment
We will do everything we can to be as transparent to your clients as possible. We will work behind the scenes to keep our service up and running, and create your posters as soon as we receive your order.
We will allow you to use your own brand identity while selling your posters, however you cannot copy any design elements from the WickedMeanPosters website.
We will not contact your clients unless you abandon them. We define abandonment as non-payment of services.

make my payment, I will be provided a special reseller coupon that I
can use to buy more posters.

Reseller Terms of Service
- 1. You must support your clients. We will not contact your clients and your clients should not contact us. You will answer support requests that your clients submit. If you cannot answer a request, then you can certainly forward that request to us via e-mail and we will be glad to assist you. We will help you help your clients.
- 2. You will be responsible for all aspects of billing your clients for services rendered. We will bill you at a wholesale rate, but it is your responsibility to bill and collect from your clients.
- 3. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
- 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You specifically agree that WickedMeanPosters and their officers, directors, shareholders, licensors, related companies, employees, agents, subcontractors and attorneys (collectively, "Related Parties") shall not be liable for losses or liabilities arising in connection with your use of this Site or the Service. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you specifically agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold WickedMeanPosters and their Related Parties harmless from any Claims due to or arising out of your use of the Site, indication of interest, registration or attempted registration of any domain name.
